Our agreements and privacy disclosures. ShipThanks serves two kinds of users — companies and the sellers they enroll — each with its own Terms of Service, under a single platform Privacy Policy.
For Companies
The organization that subscribes to ShipThanks, manages its sellers, and messages its customers.
For Sellers
The individual sales representatives who record and send thank-you videos. Sellers also receive operational text messages from ShipThanks (a prompt when an order ships, alerts when a customer replies) — covered in the Seller Terms. Texting is optional; how to opt in and opt out is described in our Text Message Program.
Privacy
One Privacy Policy covers everyone — company representatives, sellers, and the end customers whose data we process on a company's behalf.
